Are there any setup fees?

No. There are no setup fees on any product or bundle. Onboarding and migrating your data from your current system are included free.

How does the 30-day trial work?

Single products, the Projects & Ops bundle and the Marketing Lite bundle start at £1A$1 for your first 30 days. After that you pay the normal monthly price. Cancel before day 30 and you won't be charged again.

How does the money-back guarantee work?

The Full Suite and the Marketing bundle (with Jarvis) (and the Builder Bundle in Australia) are billed from day one and come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't right for you in the first 30 days, ask for a refund. Each plan comes with either the trial or the guarantee, not both.

How much do I save by paying annually?

Pay for a year up front and get 2 months free on any single product, or 1 month free on any bundle.

Do I need to book a call to sign up?

No. Pick a plan, sign up online and get started. Onboarding is included once you're in.

Why is there no VAT on my invoice?

Our plans are for business customers only. We're an Australian company, so for UK businesses the reverse charge applies and your business accounts for any VAT itself.

Do Australian prices include GST?

Yes. All Australian prices are in AUD and include 10% GST.

What does Jarvis cost to run?

Jarvis connects to your own AI subscription (ChatGPT, Claude or similar), which you pay to the provider directly. We don't charge any usage fees on top of the Jarvis price.

Can I upgrade Architect Attractor inside a bundle?

Yes. Optional upgrades to email and social media enrichment are available inside the app.

When is AI Takeoff available?

AI Takeoff is coming soon as an add-on to CostTracker Pro: +£50/month for 150 sheets a month. We'll let customers know when it's live.

I'm on Buildertrend. Can I move my data?

Yes. CostTracker Pro has a Buildertrend migration wizard, and migration is included free with your plan.

Do you charge per user?

No. CostTracker Pro has unlimited users, Muster covers unlimited staff, Architect Attractor includes unlimited users and FlowBuild includes 10 users.

What's available in Australia?

CostTracker Pro, FlowBuild, Muster, Jarvis and the Builder Bundle. Architect Attractor and SiteSafe Pro aren't available in Australia yet.

Can I cancel?

Monthly plans run month to month with 30 days' notice.
