The ones who break through don't do it by working harder. They find where the money is leaking and they close it. That's the whole of this workshop.
The five above you can price, calculate and close on your own. There is a sixth leak that never shows up on a job sheet, and no calculator will find it. We name it on the day. For most builders it is the most expensive of the lot.
